  1. УСЛОВИЯ ЗА РЕЗЕРВАЦИЯ

1.1. 1.1. You can make a booking for Eighth hill Apartments (MISOTA Ltd.) in one of the following ways:

  • via the online reservation system on the website 8th-hill.bg
  • email us at: office@8th-hill.bg;
  • send a request from the contact form on our website;
  • call +359 892 257 453 or +359 884 999 035 ;
  • visit the 8th Hill and book on-site.

1.2. 1.2. Once we have received and processed your request, we will contact you to confirm the availability of your accommodation.

1.3. 1.3. You will receive a confirmation of your booking by e-mail. It will describe the type and number of rooms booked, the check-in and check-out dates, the number of adults and children specified in the booking request and the amount due.

1.4. 1.4. Payment method :

On site or as a non-refundable value (payment of the full amount on site) non-refundable rate.

1.6. 1.6. In the event of non-payment within the time limit described, 8th Hill reserves the right to cancel the booking.

  1. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

2.1. 2.1. Cancellation of a booking made by you can be made in one of the following ways:

  • email us at: office@8th-hill.bg;
  • let us know using the contact form on our website.

2.2. 2.2. In the case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation up to 4 (four) days before arrival, the customer is not liable for a forfeiture, except in the case of a reservation made under special holiday packages, in which the terms for reservations and cancellations are further described, or in the case of a reservation made with a non-refundable value.

2.4. 2.4. In the event of cancellation of the reservation less than 72 (seventy-two) hours or 3 days prior to check-in or in the event of no-show on the day of check-in, the amount paid in advance for your reservation will not be refunded and the reservation will be deemed cancelled.

2.5. 2.5. Eighth hill Apartments (MISOTA Ltd.) reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in the event of force majeure and other reasons beyond the control of the 8th Hill.

In these cases, 8th Hill:

  • Offers the client accommodation for another period, keeping the same conditions and prices.
  • Refund the deposit paid by the client within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of a written request for this from the tourist, without penalty to the latter.
  1. ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS

3.1. 3.1. Check-in and check-out times:

  • Check-in every day after 15:00.
  • Check-out until 11:00.

3.3. 3.3. Pets are allowed, however they must not be left unattended.

3.4. 3.4. Check-in is done by providing documents, which certify the guest’s identity. The data provided by you is protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the regulations governing the protection of information, and is processed only in connection with the implementation of the established requirements of the Tourism Act. Please refer to the POLICY FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA OF KB GROUP LTD (under the heading “Privacy Policy”).

  1. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

5.1. 5.1. Eighth hill Apartments (MISOTA Ltd.) undertakes to provide the client with the services requested and paid for in full.

5.2. 5.2. Eighth Hill Apartments (MISOTA Ltd.) undertakes not to change the price of the services requested by the customer, except in exceptional cases where this is justified by economic circumstances

5.3. 5.3. Eight Hill Apartments (MISOTA Ltd.) shall not be held liable for any damages caused by the actions of third parties.

5.4. 5.4. All claims related to the quality of the paid services must be made by the customer on site at the 8th Hill, in order to remedy the deficiencies. The claim must be made in writing. In the event that the claims are not satisfied, the customer shall request a report from a responsible person. Within 3 (three) working days after the report has been drawn up, the customer will receive the official statement of the problem from the 8th Hill management.

5.5. 5.5 Amounts for services requested but not used in full or in part due to the fault of the customer will not be refunded.

5.6. All prices, announced on the website of Apartments for accommodation Eight Tepe – 8th-hill.bg, as well as in the e-mail messages of Apartments for accommodation Eight Tepe, sent to the client, are in Bulgarian lev including VAT and tourist tax. In some cases they may be linked to other offers, promotions and conditions. If you need further information about our offers, our team is at your disposal.

5.7. 5.7. The costs for additional services are not automatically calculated in the final price and must be paid separately at the 8th Hill.

5.8. 5.8. The 8th Hill is not responsible for lost, forgotten or stolen items from the rooms, stored outside the personal safe in the rooms or for damage caused by third parties.

5.9. The customer accepts the responsibility to observe the generally accepted norms of good conduct during his/her stay at the 8th Hill . All costs for material damages caused to the 8th Hill are the responsibility of the client.

5.10. 5.10. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms of Eighth hill apartments, according to the provisions of national legislation. Therefore, in the event of non-compliance, the 8th Hill reserves the right to impose, without prior notice, a charge of 150.00 BGN.

5.11. 5.11. Clients using the services of the Eighth hill apartments should be adults according to the Bulgarian legislation (over 18 (eighteen) years of age). Children are allowed only if accompanied by their parents or other legal representatives. Clients are obliged not to leave their children unattended on the territory of Eighth hill apartments.

5.12. 5.12. Eighth hill apartments (MISOTA Ltd.) reserves the right to change the information on this page and the Terms and Conditions at any time. Whilst every effort is made to provide true and accurate information, this cannot always be guaranteed.

5.13. 5.13. When a customer makes a reservation, he/she is deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Bookings accepted by telephone, email or via our website are deemed to be a contractual relationship in the making. Any payment made is deemed to be acceptance of the 8th Hill Terms and Conditions.

5.14. 5.14. For all disputes and legal matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy and arising in connection with the use of the www.8th-hill.bg website, the mandatory provisions of the law in the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
